How do I order lures?

The best way to get your hands on our lures is to order through the Lures section on the website. If you’re after a customised lure, use the Custom Orders order form and I’ll get back to you with a quote or a design to discuss with you.

How long are the wait times?

Wait times on orders can vary depending on the time of year. Generally, build time time is approximately four weeks. If you need an order asap (i.e. if you’re going on a fishing trip), please let me know and I will try to accommodate it. Occasionally, due to demand build time vary by few weeks.

What happens if I change my mind?

As all of our lures are built to order, and orders are normally underway within 24 hours of the order being placed, we cannot issue change of mind refunds. Please double check that your order is correct before placing it. If you are unsure, please feel free to use the order form on the custom lures page.

Shipping

All orders are shipped via tracked courier New Zealand Post.

For international orders, customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. NaCl Lures is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

Returns

While I’m sure you will have a great experience with my lures, if a problem does arise, please don’t hesitate to get in contact with me and we can work out an appropriate course of action. This might include repairing or replacing the faulty item.
